For All Users
Be respectful and courteous in all interactions. Provide accurate and honest information. Do not engage in discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or any other protected characteristic. Report suspicious activity or policy violations promptly.
For Space Seekers
Arrive and leave within your booked time. Keep the space clean and do not damage any property. Follow all rules set by the space owner. Only park the vehicle type specified in your booking. Contact the owner directly for any issues before raising a dispute.
For Space Owners
Ensure your space matches its description and photos. Make the space accessible during booked hours. Respond to booking requests promptly. Treat all seekers with equal respect. Do not cancel confirmed bookings unless absolutely necessary.
Reviews & Feedback
Leave honest, factual reviews. Do not post fake reviews or try to manipulate ratings. Reviews should be based on your actual experience, not personal grievances unrelated to the booking.
Enforcement
Violations of these guidelines may result in warnings, booking suspension, or permanent account termination. Parkyng reserves the right to remove content or users that violate our community standards.
