1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Parkyng ("Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Platform Description
Parkyng is an online marketplace that connects parking space owners ("Owners") with individuals seeking parking ("Seekers"). Parkyng acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the actual parking transaction between Owners and Seekers.
3. User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and update it as needed.
4. Booking & Payments
All bookings made through Parkyng are binding agreements. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Parkyng retains a service fee of 15% from each transaction. The remaining 85% is disbursed to the space owner.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Parkyng to: engage in fraudulent activities, misrepresent parking space details, use the platform for illegal activities, interfere with other users' use of the platform, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
6. Limitation of Liability
Parkyng shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
